Keeping It Real with Me!!! WHO AM I???

Hey Hey Hey! it's Rease here, I am so very glad that you've mustard up the courage to click on my blog. I just want to first of all say that on this blog, honey child, we will discuss various topics from happy, sad, controversial,all of that honey tea with just a little squeeze of lemon, I think many Southerners recognize that drink as an Arnold Palmer (bless his poor heart). As you can see I am very loquacious,very entertaining, some may call this behavior being ...EXTRA!!! My personality is the opposite of my countenance, if you saw my face walking down the hallway...LORD have his way. I am not exactly shy but I tend to stick to myself .Why may that be? Shadiness.....say what !!! Girl who's being Shady? (sips tea!). We shall revisit those palm trees later!
Once again there goes that loquacious mouth of mines but I am the only girl produced out of 4 boys. I am spoiled but learning to live with boys are much difficult than dealing with girls, but nonetheless I am thankful! I was born in the British Virgin Islands, but 99% of my family is from Jamaica and my significant other is Haitian, we are one big giant Caribbean Gumbo Pot of Culture. I am majoring in Biology specifically Genetics. I aspire to be a Surgical Dermatologist like Dr. Pimple-Popper, but we will see where God wants me to be. I hope to one day achieve my dreams of becoming a Doctor so the sh-money can pile up, by the way the way that is the correct spelling. I named this channel Keeping-It-Real because many of the young people that I meet in today's society loves to bandwagon with the newest trend of what is going on at the very moment. I am here to further keep it Real which means to factually and logically give my opinion on issues occurring in today's world....

Blog Post 5- "Stand By Me"

As I watched the video "Stand By Me" the author used different techniques to portray the bigger message of the song. The video opened with two men, it did not look like they had much because of the way they were dressed. As they started to sing the song, I noticed that they're voices were really cracked it was not your typical pleasant sounding voice, which further sent a powerful message already letting the audience know that all people are welcomed.  The voice being cracked and harsh really signifies the hardships of life and you can really hear how the singer belted out the notes, that he wanted the people walking around near or far to hear his voice within the song and capture the same love as they did.  The video transitioned from the men singing outside in the midst of the community to across different countries of the world, where different musicians are also playing and singing the same song, this movement across the globe was spectacular to witness.
